The "Fantom 3 new protein set" has been updated in date March 9, 2006,
after recalculating the number of novel proteins. If you have downloaded
the previous version of the file, please disregard the old file and use
this new one, containing 2,222 novel proteins. We apologize for the
inconvenience that the we have caused by a wrong calculation that caused
an overestimation of novel proteins in the previous file.
