This folder contains the updated full ontology classification tree in .obo format for phase2 samples.
Chris Mungall, Terry Meehan, and Alex Diehl created a FANTOM5 (F5) sample ontology that is meant to be overlaid the disease ontology (DOID), the Cell Ontology (CL), and the pan-vertebrate UBERON ontology.
