The files in this directory are FANTOM5 human and mouse sample metadata that were curated by DBCLS (Database Center for Life Science) in the collaboration with the FANTOM Consortium.

The curated file is as follows:

* HumanSamples2.0_RefEx-refined.sdrf.tsv
  The curated metadata of the FANTOM5 human samples

* MouseSamples2.3_RefEx-refined.sdrf.tsv
  The curated metadata of the FANTOM5 mouse samples
