This folder contains supplemental material for the manuscript "Specific mesothelial signature marks the heterogeneity of mesenchymal stem cells from high-grade serous ovarian cancer" by Roberto Verardo, Silvano Piazza, Enio Klaric, Yari Ciani, Giulio Bussadori, Stefania Marzinotto, Laura Mariuzzi, Daniela Cesselli, Antonio P. Beltrami, Miguel Mano, Masayoshi Itoh, Hideya Kawaji, Timo Lassmann, Piero Carninci, Yoshihide Hayashizaki, Alistair R.R. Forrest, Carlo A. Beltrami, Claudio Schneider,* and the FANTOM consortium In particular in contains: 1) FANTOM5 v15 Sample Ontology.txt the file contains the ontology os the 889 Samples. The sample Ontology developed by a member of the FANTOM5 Consortium (Dr Tom Freeman, University of Edinburgh). 2) PeakActivity_datatable.zip the file containts the counts data of CAGE tags; CAGE tags were counted under the RLE (robust transcription expression) set of peaks (n=184827) identified in FANTOM5 across 889 human CAGE libraries
